How we use your request.

What this notice covers

This notice describes the registration-request form and optional advertising measurement on this site. It does not describe the customer portal at app.breezedialers.com.

What we collect

Required: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your confirmation that we may contact you about the trial.

Optional: company, phone number and a free-text message.

Campaign attribution: if the page address includes utm_source, utm_campaign or gclid parameters, those values are saved with your request so our team can see how you found us. Optional advertising measurement has a separate choice from the form’s contact permission.

An invisible anti-spam field is included in the form. Real visitors leave it empty.

Why we collect it

To follow up on your request, help you complete registration by email or WhatsApp, and let our team record the follow-up status and internal notes. Submitting the form saves a request; it does not by itself create an account. Instant access follows once your registration is complete.

Optional Google Ads measurement

For new visitors who have not made a choice, the published landing page automatically loads Google Ads in cookieless mode with advertising storage, advertising user data, analytics storage and personalization consent denied. Limited measurement signals still go to Google, including technical information such as page address and browser information; cookieless does not mean no data sharing. Ad-click identifier redaction is enabled and URL passthrough is disabled. Selecting Allow measurement enables advertising cookies and advertising measurement data sharing. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions remain disabled. We do not pass the registration form’s name, email, phone number or message into the tag.

Choose Decline to stop Google measurement, including cookieless measurement. Previously saved refusals prevent the tag from loading. You can reopen Ad privacy choices on the landing page to change your choice. We attempt to save your choice in this browser’s local storage; if saving a refusal fails, it is enforced in the page address instead. Withdrawing permission clears Google advertising cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag. It does not remove information already processed by Google or delete your registration request.

Unless you have declined, a successfully saved registration request sends a conversion event and a request receipt identifier to Google to prevent duplicate counting. Before Allow measurement, the event uses denied-consent cookieless mode and may support modeled rather than individually attributed conversions. The event uses a nominal value of USD 1 for lead measurement, not proof of revenue, payment or an activated dialer account. Failed requests and page visits do not count as registrations. Development previews do not send traffic to Google Ads.

Who can see it

Saved requests in the website inbox are accessible only to the verified Breeze Dialers owner account. New submissions are also emailed to sales@breezedialers.com through our connected Microsoft Outlook account; access to those email copies depends on the mailbox permissions.

The owner can update a request status, add notes, and permanently delete a saved request. Deleting a saved request does not automatically remove copies of its notification from Outlook.
